Terms of service
Plain terms for audits, Rex, Webster and memberships.
These terms apply when you buy or use services from Aidan Stevenson trading as Trade Window. By paying or submitting a request you agree to them. English law applies; courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
What we sell
- Free Google snapshot — a short emailed summary based on public information
- Local Visibility Audit (£99) — a PDF report on your public Google presence, reviews, competitors, website/NAP consistency and suggested fixes
- Review Backlog Clear-Out (£129) — drafted replies to unanswered public Google reviews for you to approve and post
- Rex Care / Rex Plus (monthly) — ongoing Google review monitoring and replies on your behalf, subject to the authorisation below
- Webster Build + Care — website build (typically £199) and monthly hosting and light care (£29/mo)
- Memberships — Reputation (Rex Care + quarterly visibility check-up), Presence (Rex Plus + Webster care with website build included free), and Fill the diary when offered
- Atlas Lite — local SEO help on your own site, when offered
Rex authorisation
By subscribing to Rex Care, Rex Plus or any membership that includes Rex, you authorise Trade Window to post review replies on your Google Business Profile on your behalf, using Manager access you grant us. You remain the Owner. We do not ask for your Google password. Routine replies may be posted under the style we agree with you; tricky or negative reviews are handled with extra care before posting where reasonably practicable.
When you cancel, our right to post ends. You should remove our Manager access. We will stop using the access once cancellation is confirmed and any notice period in your payment arrangement ends.
Delivery
One-off audits and clear-outs are digital and delivered by email. We aim to deliver within 2 working days of receiving payment (and any details we reasonably need). Monthly services run while your subscription is active. For one-off clear-outs we do not need your Google login — you remain responsible for publishing. For Rex, you grant Manager access as above.
Your responsibilities
- Give accurate business details
- Check drafts or agreed reply style — you are responsible for advertising accuracy under UK law (including the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations and CAP Code where relevant)
- Only use replies, audit content and sites we build for your own business
- Remove our Manager access when you cancel Rex
No guarantees
We do not guarantee search rankings, review scores, leads, sales or revenue. Audits reflect public information available at the time and may include items we could not verify.
Refunds and cancellation
If we cannot deliver the Local Visibility Audit (for example we cannot find a matching public listing), you receive a full refund of the £99. Because deliverables are digital and personalised, once we have emailed a completed audit or reply pack, refunds are at our discretion except where the law requires otherwise.
Monthly plans are month to month unless we agree otherwise in writing. Cancel anytime; access and posting rights for Rex end as set out above. Unused time in a paid month is not normally refunded.
Payment
Prices are in pounds sterling. Payment is taken by Stripe (or another agreed method). You will receive a receipt from the payment provider.
Intellectual property
We own the report templates and our branding. You may use your completed audit and reply drafts for your business. Website content we create for you is licensed for your business use; on exit from Webster Care you keep your domain and content we have handed over. You must not resell our templates or present them as someone else’s work.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, our total liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or leads.
