What does Trade Window actually do?
Rex replies to your Google reviews. Webster builds and looks after a simple website. Atlas (coming soon) helps with local SEO on your own site. You can buy each on its own or as a monthly membership.
How does Rex get access to my Google reviews?
You invite our business email as a Manager on your Google Business Profile. You stay the Owner. We never ask for your password. When you cancel, you remove our access and we stop.
Do you post replies without asking?
Praise gets answered in the voice we agree with you. Tricky or negative reviews get a careful, considered reply. By starting Rex you authorise us to post replies on your behalf — full detail is in our terms.
Can I cancel a monthly plan?
Yes. Month to month, no long contract. Cancel anytime, remove our Manager access, and we stop. One-off audits and clear-outs are already paid products with no ongoing charge.
Do you guarantee more leads or better rankings?
No. We never promise map-pack positions, call volume or revenue. We look after reviews, presentation and the basics that usually help trust — not a ranking guarantee.
